My Professional Background and EducationI am a FULL TIME working licensed California Real Estate Broker. With a BS in Chemical Engineering, I have in the past worked in many capacities for some of the largest employers in the world. My strong suit being a negotiator. While working as an Engineer, and on my own properties, I have had hands on experience with the building and remodeling process. I have been involved in the construction of residential, commercial and industrial property. I am part owner in a local construction company, Green Towne Inc. I have sold small condos and million dollar homes here in the desert and elsewhere both personally and professionally. I have many clients who have done several transactions with me during my career. My Personal BackgroundMy love for the game of golf and the surrounding desert landscape are what brought me to the Coachella Valley from the Pacific Northwest (okay, and the lack of rain). Because I live on a golf course and have been a member of a club, I am familiar with the lifestyle and I understand the importance of finding a home that will fit your golfing needs. As a parent, I relate to the importance of school selection and how it may often be the driving force behind the desired location of your new home.
